We’ll start by understanding the basics of hormones—the powerful chemical messengers that influence nearly every function in our bodies. You'll learn about their crucial role in mental health, how imbalances can affect mood, energy, and overall well-being, and what you can do to support hormonal balance.

Week 2: The Menstrual Cycle

This week, we’ll take a closer look at the menstrual cycle, breaking down each phase and explaining how hormonal fluctuations can impact your body and mind. Whether you experience a menstrual cycle or want to support someone who does, this week will empower you with insights to better understand and embrace these natural rhythms.

Week 3: Cortisol & Stress

Stress is an inevitable part of life, but how does it impact our bodies on a hormonal level? We’ll explore the role of cortisol, the primary stress hormone, and how chronic stress can disrupt hormonal balance. Understanding this connection is key to recognizing stress's effects on your health and well-being.

Week 4: Stress Management

In our final week, we’ll focus on practical strategies to manage stress and promote hormonal harmony. From practical tips and meditation exercises to lifestyle changes and self-care practices, you’ll gain valuable tools to support your mental and physical health.

In Conversation : Perimenopause

18th Sept | 7pm BST

Join us for an insightful event where a member from our community shares her personal journey through perimenopause, which began at the age of 35 over 10 years ago, and continues to affect her to this day. She will candidly discuss the challenges she’s faced, the strategies she’s developed to cope, and the various options available for managing perimenopause. She will also provide valuable advice on how to effectively advocate for yourself with your physician—sometimes even having to seek out a new one. This event offers a supportive space for those experiencing perimenopause or those who want to understand it better.

Putting Your Mind Into Your Body : Balancing Hormones with the Mind

Join ess wellness for a 45-minute session with guided mental exercises including relaxation techniques and visualisations that will help reduce stress as well as harness psychobiology to help your hormone system reset and re-balance. Come away from the session feeling relaxed and grounded as well as having some takeaway tools to use on your own.
Ess wellness provides non-judgemental, holistic info and support to sex workers!

Whole Body Reset For Deep Relaxation

30th Sept | 6pm BST

Attend this class with Mari de Luna to release stress, feel relaxed and feel connected to your own body. Learn practical techniques to unwind the busy mind and feel relief that can help you sleep better.

The body and mind need frequent and novel ways to process stress and complete stress cycles. Living in constant pressure requires that we support our physical and mental health with a holistic approach. In this class we will be using somatic exercises and applied neurology drills to experience a whole body reset. This class includes a trauma informed somatic meditation called 'Bone Breathing'.

These are our powerful weekly group coaching sessions designed to help you navigate challenges, achieve your goals, and grow personally and professionally. Led by Life Coach Emma, the purpose of these sessions is to assist you in discovering your own answers and solutions for situations in your life that you want to change, improve, or gain clarity on. It’s also a great space to meet other members of our community and form meaningful connections! 



Cam Model Skill Share

11th Sept | 8pm BST

Join us for our Cam Model Skill Share event, to help us elevate our game. This session is all about sharing what works and learning from each other in a supportive environment.

What to bring :

• one tip, trick, or technique you've found successful on cam
• something you'd like to improve on or learn more about

This is the perfect opportunity to get advice & support from other models in our community. Whether you're brand new to cam and looking for advice, or a seasoned veteran with lots to share, members who work on all types of cam sites are welcome! Let’s work together to build our skills, boost our confidence, and ensure that we all succeed in this ever-evolving industry.
